ON THE BEACH

In building 3038 On The Beach there are 5 condos. The types of condos available in 3038 are:

1. We have a two-bedroom condo available in 3038

2. And we have 3 condos available that are one-bedroom

3. There is one large room 'efficiency type condo' on the top floor of 3038. This condo has a large 2-person Jacuzzi in it. This top-floor condo, as we mentioned above, is our  
"LOVE LOFT".

THIS IS A 2-BEDROOM, 2-BATH CONDO WITH A FULL KITCHEN AND DINING AREA

PRIVATE PATIO THAT OVERLOOKS THE BEACH

THIS CONDO SLEEPS UP TO 6 PEOPLE

2. DESCRIPTION OF THE 3 ONE-BEDROOM CONDOS:

1-BEDROOM, 1-BATH WITH FULL KITCHENS

PRIVATE PATIO OVERLOOKING THE BEACH

EACH OF THESE CONDOS SLEEPS UP TO 4 PEOPLE

3. AT THE TOP OF THE HOUSE IS THE FIFTH CONDO WE CALL:

THE LOVE LOFT

THE LOVE LOFT  IS A LARGE "EFFICIENCY APARTMENT-TYPE CONDO" LOCATED ON THE TOP FLOOR OF 3038
THE LOVE LOFT HAS A JACUZZI/SPA
A KING SIZE BED IS NEXT TO THE SPA
THE LOVE LOFT HAS A PARTIAL KITCHEN (NO RANGE) W/ REFRIGERATOR AND COFFEE-MAKER
THE LOVE LOFT SLEEPS 2 PEOPLE
-PLEASE NOTE:
ADULTS ONLY ALLOWED IN THE LOVE LOFT
 (absolutely no children allowed-no exceptions)
